It was last season when I met a senior high school varsity player (basketball, he’s the captain ball of his team), a campus heartthrob (every single girl in his school has a crush on him as I’ve heard and that’s possible) and he’s fortunately related (nephew) to one of my closest friend.
I went back to my hometown last spring of this year to attend the much awaited wedding of the year (among us friends). I’m fully booked and I had a schedule since I stepped on the pave of NAIA. I haven’t rested when day 1 started. We drove all the way up north to attend the said wedding. The wedding started at 15 but there’s a brunch before hand. I’m still wearing my favorite PJ when I saw a lad walking in the kitchen wearing a plain white shirt and a basketball shorts with a waivy scotch-brighty hair.( If you know what I mean). He waived as ate Joy introduced him to us.
I saw him at the church even at the reception dinner however I haven’t talk to him since we’ve met. We didn’t stay at the dinner that long. I saw him playing pool when I’m shutting the door of my room. I asked him if we could take one film before I leave and he said yes and we hugged and that was not the sweetest.
Well, God made a plan and we had a chance to get along, you know bonding time in a paradise down south of the 4th region. I made him comfy thru some funny acts and he tried to tell his dumbest stories which I really can’t imagine. We went back to the main city after 3 long days and before our last day ended. We just didn’t talk for a reason.

That’s the plot but here’s some more.
The highlights.
Going back to the City
Before we jumped in to the boat going back to civilization, I was so upset (to get the whole story, read The White beach-ers). Suddenly, I received an unexpected message saying
HoPe Ur Ok…!
Take care…!
=P
Jill
Aw, how sweet-
At the City.
We were in a cab and we were sitting at the back (from the right door to the left, HIM, Joy, ME and Kit). The four of us couldn’t rest our back at the same time so Joy was sitting a little forward. He tried to lean his head on my right shoulder (oops, the upper head silly). For some reason, I stretched my arm so his skull could touch the muscles and not my bone-y shoulder but he decided to lean on the window instead. WTF, I put myself in a mute mode and he started to place his left hand on my right leg, OMGL! I made myself busy, pretended I’m texting but I could feel his warm hands and telling myself, “don’t ever remove that hand or else…” oh well that was a good move.
When we were at the mall, I’m still pretending I’m upset, still in silent mode. We went in to his favorite outfit store to buy a pair of jeans and I just let them choose the best for him. I saw Kit helping him decide which one to buy while I’m busy looking around. After awhile somebody touches my left arm and said:
“tulungan mo naman akong mamili (help me find the right one)”
